As previously announced in a press release, NCE sought Chapter 11 protection on December 19, 2008, and the management team has explored different options to restructure the company since then.
On February 27, 2009 Evergreen Enterprises proposed an asset
purchase agreement to buy a significant portion of NCE’s inventory and its
intellectual property, and the sale transaction was approved by the U.S. Court.
NCE stopped accepting new orders, and we have shipped all available products on
outstanding orders with current ship request dates.
Over the next few months, NCE personnel will be
available to answer questions on your open invoices. Please note that all NCE invoices are
payable to NCE, kindly be sure to send payment
for NCE invoices only to NCE and not to Evergreen. This will avoid confusion
for you, for NCE, and for Evergreen.
To pay an outstanding NCE invoice, please contact Shirley Fields at NCE (513) 527-8749. All NCE invoices for products that NCE shipped prior to 3/15/09 must be paid to NCE. Again we would like to thank you for your support
through the years and wish you all the best in your future endeavors. The
